Echo chain sizes
Echo's operator manuals are unusually direct about chain: they name the factory-fitted Oregon chain type, and Echo sells matching loops under its own part numbers such as 72LPX70CQ. The 3/8″ full-size and 3/8″ low-profile families are easy to confuse across the CS-400 and CS-590.

Not sure which applies? Read the stamp on your bar, then use the chain identification chart to turn pitch and gauge into a chain code in any brand.
